Our Building Process

We guide you through the whole home building process from start to finish.

Choose Lot & Plan

Choose one of our available lots or bring us a lot you've previously purchased. We will then design the perfect floor plan for you and your family and select options and specifications that meet your budget. We will work with you to carefully select and price out everything you want for your new home.

Finalize Budget & Sign Contract

After we mutually agree on pricing for your home, you'll be asked to put down a deposit and sign a construction contract. We offer guaranteed pricing, meaning the price you agree to on the contract will be the price you pay. Note: Any changes and extras added after the contract is signed are not included in original contract price.

Secure Mortgage Financing

When building on our available lots, we will secure all construction financing through our lender. If you choose to provide your own lot, we have lenders we work closely with on a daily basis and can help you get in touch with them to secure a mortgage.

Construction Begins

CMN will begin construction on your dream home. We will walk with you every step of the way in answering any questions you may have or helping you with change orders. We'll check in with you weekly to ensure you are 100% happy with your new home construction process.

Close on Home & Get Keys

A week before you move in will walk with you through your entire home both inside and outside providing help understanding where everything is and how everything works. Upon receiving the Certificate of Occupancy and the formal closing on your mortgage (generally around 5 months after construction begins) we will personally hand deliver you the keys to your new home.

60 Day & 1yr Walk Through

After you've lived in your new home for about 2 months, our customer service team will touch base with you to help with any warranty items that need assistance. If any issues arise before the 60 days, Call or email, we have a 24/7 warranty request system with a guaranteed response within 24 business hours. After living in your new home for about 1 year, We will touch base with you to help with any warranty items that need assistance.
