Since 1984 CMN Custom Homes has been building quality custom homes with a proven record of excellence in design and performance. Our company started out as a carpentry contractor framing and trimming homes for many of the home builders in the Chicagoland area while employing over 150 carpenters at any given time. We have since moved on to building our own homes for clients that are well educated consumers and value the building features and specifications that go into our quality well built homes. All of our homes we build today have the latest Energy Star rated features and products available built right into our standard specifcations like 2x6 exterior wall framing, R 21 wall insulation, R 49 attic insulation, 90% power vented furnaces, hot water heaters and high-efficiency windows. We have built many homes in communities thru-out the suburbs of Chicago.
