I met Mike Prater as he was working on one of his houses in the neighborhood. He invited me in, let me look around, gave me a tour, and answered all my questions. At that time I was not quite ready to pull the trigger, I was going through a difficult time in my personal life and wasn’t sure when I could start building, but I knew that when I was ready, Mike Prater was my builder.

Mike is a very honest, humble man who really takes pride in his work. Every home he brought me to see, the owners told me that I would LOVE working with him, and they were right. He is the most genuine, good-hearted man I have ever met in this industry.

Mike was aware of my situation and was MORE THAN PATIENT with me. He is very accommodating and tries his best to build you exactly what you want without taking you to the cleaners while doing so. He does his best to stay within your budget. If something I asked for was impossible or impractical, he let me know, which I appreciated, and then came up with alternatives for me if he could.

People always complain about the headaches of building a home, I have built 2 other homes prior and this one, by far, was the easiest and most fun to build, even given the chaos I was in the middle of. I really trust Mike as a person and a businessman. I really never worried about keeping an eye on the construction process, mostly because I knew I was in good hands. Everything was done perfectly!!

When people come to my home they always ask me who my builder was, and always compliment me on how great all the detail work is. I have even gotten compliments from people who are in this line of work as well! I LOVE…LOVE…LOVE the home my son and I now live in and I have Mike Prater and CMN Enterprises to thank for it. I recommend him to everyone who is looking to build a new home. You won't be disappointed, that’s for sure.
